What does one wear for Christmas?

There are quite a few events that are associated with the birth of Jesus - there is Christmas Eve, Christmas breakfast Christmas lunch, Christmas dinner, and boxing day (the day you get together with the family and eat whatever is left over from the day before!) I for one have always had a little bit of a dilemma on what to wear to these occasions - for example, wearing red on Christmas day (I did that last year) seems a little, unimaginative or way to bright for the breakfast table. On the other hand wearing black on a day that is about celebrating also seems a little inappropriate, so I have come up with a solution for us all - here is a list of things to wear on all your Christmas occasions!

Christmas Eve or Christmas Dinner

When it's an evening affair, I would always opt for the elegant dress (think Kate Middleton) and high heels, stick to a hue your comfortable with and look gorgeous! These outfits are also perfect for a Christmas morning Church service!

Boxing Day (Comfort is Queen)

On Boxing Day, the main activities include: eating leftovers, going shopping, going to the cricket, playing some backyard cricket or heading to the beach, whichever task you end up doing remember that the focus is comfort so pull out your best grey marle skirt or top, add some accessories and make the most of the public holiday!
